The stem and the ball can be connected when moving. Therefore, the ball of this kind of ball valve is clamped in the middle by two valve seats, showing a floating state.
The main feature of the fixed ball valve is that the sphere and the upper and lower valve stems will be integrated into one. The sphere can rotate freely along the axis of the valve channel that is perpendicular to each other, but cannot move along the axis of the channel. Therefore, the torque of the fixed ball valve is relatively small, the deformation force of the valve seat is relatively small, and the service life is relatively long.
