The two-piece Japanese standard flanged ball valve is a kind of one-piece ball valve. Its opening and closing part is a sphere, and the function of opening and closing the valve is achieved by the rotation of the sphere around the center line of the valve body.
The working principle of the opening and closing of the two-piece Japanese standard flanged ball valve:
First, the opening principle
1. In the closed position, the ball is pressed against the valve seat by mechanical pressure.
2. When the handwheel is turned counterclockwise, the valve stem moves in the opposite direction, and the bottom of the angle plate is separated from the valve seat.
3. The valve stem is continuously raised and interacts with the guide pin of the valve stem spiral groove, so that the ball starts to rotate without friction.
4. Until the fully open position, the valve stem should be limited, and the ball rotates to the fully open position.
